Shipping Policy

We ship Australia-wide from Melbourne, with fast dispatch on all orders.

• Free shipping on all orders over $100 AUD
• Flat rate $11 on orders under $100 AUD
• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days depending on location.
  
• Orders placed before 10am Melbourne time on a business day are dispatched same day; orders placed after 10am, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day. At times we ship order placed after 10 AM Melbourne time on the same day but it is not guaranteed.

How We Ship

All standard delivery orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel anytime at auspost.com.au.

Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please note that cancellation fees apply to cover transaction costs charged by payment providers.

Order once shipped cannot be cancelled, you must initiate a change of mind return for the order. Applicable fees will apply.

Cancellation Fees:

• Domestic card payments: 2% of the total transaction value.
• International card payments: 4.5% of the total transaction value (includes 3% card fee + 1.5% currency conversion).
• PayPal payments: 5% processing fee.
• Zip & AfterPay payments: 10% of the total transaction value + 5% processing fee.

Skippy Sports incurs these fees directly from third-party payment providers and therefore must pass them on for cancelled orders.

We reserve the right to exercise discretion in the event of any disputes.
