Thank you for shopping with Skippy Sports. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within Australia only. We're not able to process international orders at this time.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $11.00 AUD applies to all orders.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $100.00 AUD or more. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Times
We ship with Australia Post. Once dispatched, delivery via Australia Post Standard usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location within Australia. Metro areas are generally quicker than regional and remote areas. Please note these are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed delivery windows.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't shown up within the expected timeframe, please reach out and we'll work with you to resolve it.
