Shipping Policy
We ship Australia-wide from our Australian base, with fast dispatch on all orders.
- Free shipping on all orders over $100 AUD
- Flat rate $11 on orders under $100 AUD
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days depending on location.
- Express options available at checkout.
- Orders placed before 10am Melbourne time on a business day are dispatched same day; orders placed after 10am, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
How We Ship
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel anytime at auspost.com.au.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly with the carrier at any time.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Eligible Items — 30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order for the following product categories:
- Badminton racquets
- Shuttlecocks
- Grips and accessories
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, email hello@skippysports.com.au with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Socks — for hygiene reasons
- Ankle support — for hygiene reasons
- Knee support — for hygiene reasons
This policy applies regardless of whether the item has been worn or opened. If you are unsure about sizing before purchasing any wearable item, please contact us before placing your order and we'll be happy to help.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no questions asked. This applies to all product categories including wearables.
Additional Non-Returnable Conditions
The following also cannot be accepted for return:
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear
- Racquets strung with custom strings after purchase
- Items returned outside the 30-day window without prior agreement
