Orders & Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders over $100 AUD. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $11 applies. We ship Australia-wide.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Express options are available at checkout. Orders placed before 10am Melbourne time on a business day are dispatched same day. Orders placed after 10am, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Australia only.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We ship via Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel anytime at auspost.com.au.

Are your racquets genuine Yonex products?
Yes. Every racquet we sell is authentic Yonex — the real thing, every time.
Which racquet is right for me?
Head to our Racquet Finder for a step-by-step guide. Short version:
- Beginner: Yonex GR 303i Set of 2, Nanoray Light 18i, or Astrox Attack 9 (attacking style)
- Intermediate: Astrox Lite 27i or ArcSaber 11 Play
- Intermediate / Step-up: Nanoflare Speed 7 or Nanoflare 800 Play
What do head-heavy and head-light mean?
Head-heavy racquets (Astrox series) generate more smash power. Head-light racquets (Nanoflare series) swing faster, ideal for quick reactions and net play.
Do the racquets come pre-strung?
Yes. All racquets come pre-strung at factory tension, ready to use straight out of the box.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my purchase?
It depends on the product type:
- Racquets, shuttlecocks, grips and accessories: Yes — we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email hello@skippysports.com.au with your order number.
- Socks, ankle support and knee support: These items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons, regardless of whether they have been worn or opened. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before purchasing.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund. This applies to all product categories including wearables.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Afterpay. All available at checkout.
Do you offer any discounts?
We occasionally offer discount codes for new customers and newsletter subscribers. Sign up to our newsletter to stay in the loop.
