- Use: Designed to support the knee during play and help keep the joint warm
Why Use Knee Support in Badminton?
The repetitive lunges and deep bends required in badminton place significant stress on the knee joints. Knee support is designed to help distribute load more evenly and keep the joint warm during play, which many players find more comfortable over long sessions.
If you have an existing knee injury or ongoing pain, speak with a physiotherapist or medical professional about what's right for you.
